I haven’t updated this thing in a while. I felt that I needed to change the theme, bringing my website into the new age of internet 2.0.

I have recently finished my first year at NYU Medical in my PhD program. I joined the lab of Juan Lafaille who works in Tregs. His laba ctually found FoxP3 years ago, but didn’t know it at the time (microarray on CD25+ naive T- cells) But the didn’t knoww hat they had so I guess the discovery went to another group. The lab works on EAE (a MS type model),an asthma mode, and colitis. My project will probably be touching on all of those at some point.

I’m having a great time and the summer is going well. I went to Grand Cayman on vacation to visit my friend who is in medical school down there. I had a killer time and will be posting the pictures to the website soon.
